Rawes Grazing Co — Restaurant in Burnley

I'd initially only nipped in for a coffee to waste ten minutes until my bus was due, but having peeked at the menu, I couldn't resist ordering myself a New Yorker Bagel. Spoiler alert - I missed my bus. The bagel came alongside a generous portion of Lancashire Crisps and a side salad of rocket, cucumber, and tomatoes with a balsamic dressing. The bagel itself was packed with pastrami, Emmental cheese, gherkins, and rocket with a good smear of whole grain mustard and healthy dollop of mayonnaise. Everything tasted really fresh and the salad was lovely and crisp - it was delicious and really filling too.

I didn't try the food, just a black coffee, on this occasion but from the food prep area, the amount of patrons and the food on show; it has to be good. I'll bring my son next time to try, I fast untill 5pm 🫣. It was busy at 10 20 ish but service was on point and lovely to see staff engaging the patrons. Very relaxed atmosphere and people nodding in greeting was nice to see for a stranger. Made a welcoming atmosphere. Will be back soon as I've just joined...

Rawes provided our cheese wedding cake, fruit, crackers, butter, chutneys and stands, it looked amazing and all of our guests commented. The cheese went down really well.
