Daddys Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Burnley

I have given this shop so many opportunities to get there orders right as their donner meat and garlic cheese bread is amazing however if you ask for salad they only provide very little lettuce and small amount of sauce, I was told by the manager if you want salad you need to ask, I thought by pressing the option of salad this would be sent automatically but no this is lettuce only if you can see the lettuce! They did replace but every bit of the complaint was an argument even with the driver to say that you need to state you want salad even though I did tick the box online!!! The food like I said was replaced but was cold and I didn't feel like a solution was made. I was told off the manager that you always complain well last time we ordered we received raw chicken please see pic attached, I think that is worthy of a complaint as my husband was poorly and I didn't report it as they are a new business and I wanted to support them so I took the compensation of a refund, I don't think this is a continuous complainer just want good food for the price I've paid and not get food poisoning. This company's pizza's are of very high quality flour dough with a great range and wide variety of fresh quality topping choices. The chicken products were very well prepared in none carsonagenic, overused, freshly, and regularly changed cooking oil. The proprietors, upon my visit, displayed, as seen, quality foods with excellent value for money. The friendly staff even allowed me to sample each product before buying. I noticed during the sample tasting of each sample product's, a well-balanced consistency of well cooked ingredients due to the healthier less salt content found in their chicken. Hence, upon purchase, i noticed much more flavour within their chicken, without any MSG cancer causing additives. Compared to most Burnley fried chicken outlets... I firmly believe this fried chicken & pizza company, within the pizza & fried chicken fix, lovers fanbase circle ranks... That it will grow as a business into a successful IPO fried chicken & pizza franchise. These pizza & chicken food products i have reviewed regarding this outlet, from my review, are remaining steadfast to their integral recipes & value for money.

Look forward to trying this companies other menu choices and selections at a later date.

Do not let your daughter's go alone to this place. My 13 year old daughter went in for food I was sat in the van outside. My daughter returned with food extremely upset. I asked what's up she started crying and told me. That one of the men working in the shop. Was asking what school she went, does she have a boyfriend or girlfriend. I bet I haven't got a chance with you. Do you want to come in the back for a kiss. I then went in and stated to this person. Who I then realised was the owners sun. And pointed out that my daughter is 13 and is now in my van crying and upset after what you have just said. I pointed out that he is a nonce and police will be informed. They have so will be dealing with him. So please don't let your young daughter's be alone...
