Tick Tock Cottage — Local services in Derbyshire Dales

The perfect holiday cottage for us. Tick Tock cottage is ideally placed in a quiet part of the beautiful village of Baslow. Wonderful views from the bedroom upstairs, the cottage is comfortable, light and airy. The kitchen is really well equipped for self catering and had absolutely everything we needed (it is in fact better equipped than some of the bigger properties we have stayed in). There is access to his garden and patio as well as the cottage. It has off road parking which is always an advantage, walking distance from all of the pubs, cafes and restaurants in the village as well as many walks straight from the door. Angus is a wonderful host without being intrusive and is on hand for any issues. We've stayed in many cottages in the Peak over the years and this is without doubt one of the best small cottages...

We spent a week here in Aug21. The cottage was a perfect size for our family of four and well maintained and equipped with games, books etc. The quality of the cottage was excellent and well located at the top of Baslow which is a very pretty town with good amenities, 3pubs and a hotel. The owner Angus is a lovely man who was very helpful with suggestions for things to do in the local area.
