Having come here every week for a long time I can safely say this place is excellent value for money. The facilities are clean and lights work perfectly fine. Our children and my friends love the variety of toys and dressing up things. They especially liked the 'Tidy Up' songs at the end which encourage parents and children to help tidy as most role play centres and schools do, having visited many other places too. The food is delicious. And the milkshakes are soooo tasty. I totally agree with other reviews that the staff make this place what it is. They're so friendly, professional and make the experience thoroughly enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing for kids. My little boy loved every second of it, the play room is so well stocked and the cafe is very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Great place for toddlers, kids and adults! I went with two friends and their children (all aged 21 months) and we had a fab time playing in all the themed areas. There is a cafe, building yard, medical centre/vets, grocery store and theatre. All areas have costumes and are filled with lots of good quality toys. The grocery area was better stocked with food items than actual supermarkets!

There is a drawing and reading area to keep the children entertained while parents have a break and a reasonably priced coffee (or cider!) Both my friends and I commented how clean everything was and they took all our temperatures and asked that we sanitised regularly whilst there. Toilets were also clean, large and had changing facilities and steps/seats for older children.

Really great place and so affordable you could go multiple times a month. Will definitely be returning with more friends!

Only negative and I’m really looking for something is there were lots of sugary sweets and chocolate bars right on the bottom of the display shelf and no obvious healthier/sugar free snacks options to...

Fantastic place for the kids and staff are lovely. The only thing for us was that there was a family that entered wearing masks then took them off as soon as they got into the play part, so 2 adults without masks throughout the whole session, with the other member of the family intermittently coming in from the cafe to the main area, without their mask. With a vulnerable member of the family at home and no ventilation in the room it made us feel on edge for most of the session and we couldn't let our children venture into the areas where they were. There were signs up all around the room politely asking for masks to be worn at all times but it just didn't happen. If I was just basing this review on what is available for the children, the food on offer and cleanliness it would have been 5 stars as it is just such a lovely place for...

We visit Rainbow street regularly , my daughter is 2 and absolutley loves coming to play . She gets to be so creative and imaginative with lots of areas for her to play with . Her fave role play areas are the shop and vet stations . All the toys are always neat , tidy and clean when we arrive for our session and so are the surrounding areas. Ive never attended a session where its been over crowded , theres always been plenty of space for the children and their parents to play .

Plenty of seating in the cafe area and a lovely choice of food , drinks and snacks for kids and adults too . Coffee and cookies are a 10/10 !

The staff are fantastic always friendly and attentive also great with the children too . Highly reccomend going along for a play session .

We always look forward to...
