The food is great, when you can get it. Multiple times now I have attempted to order via their website or JustEat for collection or delivery and every time I’ve been unable to due to either “no delivery slots available” or “this restaurant isn’t currently taking orders”. No joy getting through on the phone either.

Shame as I really enjoyed the food here. Even less chance of getting it now as they no longer open Thursdays either. Giving you just 3 days a week to attempt to...

Ordered food at 21:33, now 23:30 and no food arrived. Also called, no answer on the phone. This is not the first time we have had this issue, but we thought we'd give them another go, won't bother again. A call to report any delay or just an order update would be good, ETA was 45 mins.
