Abbey Whisky — Local services in Dunfermline

Immensely disappointed with Abbey Whisky. Wilfully misled me on a new release enquiry as a returning customer.

You know exactly what you said to me Mike and you know exactly what you didn’t say to me. Poor customer service, choose not to advise me accordingly as he would others, just told me something different. Misled me and just wasted my time intentionally!

Cannot recommend Abbey Whisky highly enough. Purchasing from overseas can be a daunting task. From order to delivery Abbey kept me informed of where my order was. In these challenging times for supply chains they had my order delivered as far as you can get on earth (practically) from Scotland to New Zealand in just over a week. When looking to source hard to find or collectable bottles there will only be one place I now go to first. A++, 5* service....

Flawless service from abbeywhisky.com and I say that as a repeat customer, from the other side of the world. Would not hesitate shopping with them, whether for a £30 whisky or a £3,000 whisky.

There are so many online retailers these days, but in my experience none have come close to the friendly service, speed, quality packaging and postage that Abbey Whisky offer. Love seeing this from an independent retailer and can't recommend them...
