Tonight is the last time I will order from here again. Every business has misunderstandings and mistakes happen it’s common. However tonight I received the wrong order before the driver told me it was wrong it had already been paid for at the door, then put on a plate so he told me to keep it and he would speak with the manager and find out if we had to pay for it and come back. Which is totally fine we were fine with paying for it. No one showed up, 2 hours later I receive a call from a worker to say the driver said we hadn’t paid for any order at all, I correct him and said it was definitely paid for. He put the delivery driver on so I could speak with him and I have never received worse service the driver sat arguing with me asking how was it paid for when it was the wrong order in the first place. He still argued with me further then said wait and I’ll check again. Worker comes back on to say there was a misunderstanding and I told him I didn’t appreciate the rudeness from the driver after he had made the mistake, and couldn’t even finish my sentence before he hung up on me. I could literally hear him put the phone down and when I called back he said the line cut off on my side. Worst service I’ve ever received, driver wouldn’t even apologise the attitude...

We've ordered from Everest many times before and the food is good. This time I cant give a review of the food as it was delivered to another village and we never got the chance to try it!!!! Hope the scumbags that took it enjoyed it!

Phoned several times for updates on where our £70 worth of Indian food as it was getting later and later plus we had a family visiting from London all hungry! Turns out the delivery driver couldnt be bothered to get the right address, handed it to somebody in a different village and walked off.

Everest gave NO apology, offered to do another batch and deliver in 30 mins...this is now 2 hours after the initial order went in.

To top it all, they offered to go back to the wrong address to collect our food from the horrid folks that took it in the first place...why would we want secondhand food!!???

we told Everest we wanted a refund, they just told us we'd have to contact scoffable for a refund...again, no apology, no offer of a voucher...nothing!!!!

Note to Management: Sort out your delivery...

I always find the food here exceptional. We usually get a takeaway, but every now and again we go to the restaurant and have a meal there. The service is quick and courteous. The food is hot. There are a wide range of dishes to choose from if you happen to be vegetarian (and also if you are not). I love that I can go out and have a choice, not just one, token dish. I highly recommend the Satkoro Aloo, really citrussy and tasty. Another favourite of mine is the Muglai Chana. Vegetables and chick peas, bit of a kick. Lemon rice is a good pairing. Pricewise it's fairly mid range. I've never been disappointed by a meal. Portions are huge, bring...
