Visited here for their open day 23rd July 22. Really enjoyable event, filled a couple of hours hunting for beasts and making dens. Pond dipping was really busy so didn't get a go at that. Free face painting a nice touch. The event was somewhat let down by the rude and overzealous volunteer who was at the council owned carpark. It would be much better if they just closed the car park rather than have this chap jump in front of cars to stop the entering, although he did seem to have allocated parking for people he knew. There is free parking and a large, varied environment to walk round with open areas, ponds, trees and river walks. As youād expect thereās plenty of ānatureā to see.
