We came across Erin Cox in our search for wedding bands and I’m so pleased we did. Our whole experience from the moment we stepped foot in the shop to the moment we received our rings has been a pleasure. It’s so rare to receive such attentive and genuine service. The team patiently walked us through alllll the options and were thoughtful and helpful in helping us to choose the right style rings for us. Moreover, they were able to complete our rings with much less time than Erin would ordinarily allow herself on top of that she had incurred some injuries and yet our rings still got made and delivered in time for our wedding. We are over the moon! Absolute top quality all around and Communication throughout our purchase(s) was phenomenal too, we really felt we were in trustworthy and capable hands! I cannot recommend them enough!

When we were planning our wedding, I didn't know at all the sort of ring I wanted, only that I wanted to use the ring my Grandmother left me to make it. Erin talked me through the options, sketching ideas as we went over what sort of designs I preferred. She was so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and really understood the importance of an heirloom jewel bring reborn into something beautiful that will last a lifetime. In the end, she created two stunning pieces for me - an engagement ring and a half eternity wedding band. The process was really easy and she kept me updated on how it was going, from removing the stones and melting the old ring, to resetting and perfecting the finished pieces. The Devon River collection of wedding rings is very varied for both men and women - easy to find the one that corresponds to you personally in term of shape - and a lovely combination of style, uniqueness and artisan craftwork. The option of recycling your own gold is fabulous - the process is accurate, secure, cost efficient and enables you to keep and remodel family possessions.
