Poor customer service experience, was told I could swap stockings if they were not the correct size once I had tried them on, returned the day after I bought them to swap over. States on the returns policy that you can't return if the packaging is open, but can return if the items are damaged which one of the stockings was damaged. I was dismissed about this and the sales assistant also kept my original receipt so I won't be able to return...

Very poor customer service. The tills crashed and staff made me pay twice claiming I can just cancel the transaction which was a lie. I have asked multiple times if I will have to go through the refund or dispute process and and all staff members in the shop reassured me this will not be the case. Of course it was the case and I will need to wait for a refund as they even couldn’t do it in the shop. Avoid this place...

Went into Glasgow fort shop and right away was met with the most bubbly lovely lady called Kim. She was an absolute delight helped us but wasn’t at all pushy. We ended up gabbing and laughing and picked what we wanted with Kim’s help. I mostly shop online but will absolutely be back to get more of Kim’s help. Top star...
