Really disappointed tonight went out with my partner for a meal which doesn’t happen very often but when it does we alway’s end up at Wagamama. We order the same dishes every time and we look forward to them. We ordered two chilli sirloin steak ramen’s I said it my partner repeated it after me and the waitress repeated the order to us before leaving the table. When the food arrived it was not what was ordered when I told the waitress this she was very apologetic and explained it was no longer on the menu even after confirming the order three time’s but the music was so loud we couldn’t actually hear what we were saying to each other from a cross the table to each other so maybe she just couldn’t hear and put in whatever had beef in it from the menu. We could either keep what we had or order something else, We didn’t want to be a bother so insisted it was fine but honestly the meal was a waste of money and we really didn’t enjoy it most of what was in the bowl’s weren’t eaten and it was just a disappointing experience for somewhere we usually love. We have agreed we probably won’t be back after this and can’t believe the signature dishes have been remove from the menu. Not the waitresses fault at all she was really nice and professional just unfortunate she didn’t warn us what we had ordered was removed before spending a lot of money on food that...

My family and I went here yesterday ! Wow the service was above and beyond ! I currently have a broken knee and as soon as I arrived Molly greeted us at the door, she held the door open and asked me where I would prefer to be seated , what is best for myself and my family ! She took us over to the table offered me the best seat and also asked if I would prefer a seat with a back to sit on to make our time there more comfortable ! I honestly was so surprised with how amazing she was towards myself! The girl that was seeing to our meal was Cala ! What a lovely friendly outgoing kind girl she was !! So pleasant and it just made our time there enjoyable ! Thank you ! Food was unbelievable also full of flavours the kids loved being there they got colouring caryons and a colouring sheet ! Little touches like that just make it stand out ! 100...

During my recent visit to the Glasgow Fort branch of Wagamama, I noticed a discrepancy in the portion size of the chicken tikka salad compared to my previous experiences at other branches. I politely inquired about the possibility of having our meals served simultaneously, but the waiter regrettably informed me that this request could not be accommodated. I understand that restaurants strive to provide a pleasurable dining experience, and I believe that sharing a meal with loved ones is an integral aspect of that experience. Unfortunately, my friend's meal arrived promptly, while I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for mine. By the time I received my food, my friend had nearly finished eating. Additionally, the excessive noise level in the restaurant made the atmosphere quite unpleasant, prompting us to leave immediately after...

Haven't been to Wagamama for years. Now know why. Friends suggested it, so thought we will give it a try. Totally overrated place. The food was not that good. First the portion sizes are too small and mainly rice with bland vegetables and a little bit of meat, so all you get for ÂŁ12 - ÂŁ14 is rice and bland veg. And the bowls were only two thirds full. So we decided to order sides as we were still hungry! That was a mistake. The fried dumplings were deep fried and not pan fried as I am used to, and overcooked. The squid was more batter than squid and the chicken skewers were far too sweet. My Latte was weak with a huge head of froth, so only half the small cup was a drink. Only saving grace were the staff. They were very helpful, always on hand and very pleasant. I won't be back.

A chance to practice with chopsticks, always fun! Lovely food, very friendly helpful staff. The Positive fresh juice was refreshing, thirst quenching. The delicate flavours accentuate the pineapple and lime tones. The Chicken Katsu Curry was flavorful. The salad is pleasantly seasoned from the Japanese pickles. The curry sauce is nice. The Chicken is tender and the batter crisp. The sticky rice was great. The vegan Nikko is a joyous blend of flavours, the coconut stands out in a pleasing way. The Positive fresh juice compliments the Nikko.

We jumped in here just as a spur of the moment thing. Small queue waiting out side but that was dealt with efficiently and we were quickly seated. Gyoza dumplings were tasty, just could have done with being slightly hotter. Korean buns were really nice, would have them again, and would happily try other flavours and fillings. . The mains were excellent, thoroughly enjoyable. Overall was a nice experience and the food was very good for the price point
