AWFUL SECURITY GAURDS. I am writing to make a complaint towards two of your security guards. They falsely accused me of stealing when I was minding my own business.
This happened on the 28/06/25 at around 16:00-16:30pm. One of them approached me while I was in one of the aisles and harassed me for using my own tote bag instead of a basket to hold my belongings. I apologised and said I’ll use a carrier bag or basket next time, I didn’t know it was wrong. He was still angry and said that his coworker told him to ‘follow me’ around the store and that they were both watching me before storming off. I felt really uncomfortable after he left as it sounded threatening. I then payed through self checkout using my card. I asked the machine for a receipt but it unfortunately couldn’t print one out. Bad luck. Bear in mind when I walked through I made it past two security alarms without any of them going off - because I payed for everything.
This wasn’t enough for them it seemed though because as I was about to leave the store, the same security guard ran up and stopped me again, demanding for my receipt. His co worker also came and they both stood in front of me trying to act intimidating and making me feel like a criminal. I said the machine didn’t print it out so I showed them my bank statement instead. This STILL wasn’t enough for them!
He then told me to follow him back into the store so he could check the cameras and when he FINALLY realised he was wrong and I was innocent, he just nodded at my direction. I asked if that meant I can go and he just vaguely nodded at my direction again still looking at the screen. no eye contact, no apology - nothing. I had to assume that was a yes and left feeling uncomfortable, violated and embarrassed considering I’ve done nothing wrong. They held no accountability on their part and it was a really unpleasant experience....
Read moreAsda Bournemouth is in the Guinness book of records as the second most depressing place in the world (with the most depressing being the central shopping mall of Basingstoke). Asda Bournemouth is also recorded as being the location of the first zombie apocalypse in the UK.
It's an interesting place to visit though. One game I like to play here is to stand completely still in an aisle and count how many people just walk into me. My record so far is 27 collisions in ten minutes. I exceeded this four fold by walking around the store. On one occasion I was pushed to the end of the cheese aisle before the chap realised he was pushing me along with his huge belly.
Asda Bournemouth is a regular study venue for the Birmingham Institute of In-breeding studies. There are 38 published research papers on the in-breeding habits of Asda Bournemouth shoppers. On two occasions this activity has been observed in the spirits aisle.
Asda Bournemouth is a good place to visit for those who enjoy spotting people with either less than four fingers or more than four fingers. 72 percent of shoppers here have four fingers and a thumb. The remaining 28 percent have anything between six thumbs, seven fingers and no thumbs, to three thumbs and five fingers.
A variety of languages are spoken here with the most common being grunting. Swearing occurs regularly.
The prices of food are good but the...
Read moreI have been shopping at asda home delivery for groceries for about 4 years now. I am now no longer wanting to get this service and would rather go to one of their competitors as they're quality of service has gotten to become very rubbish progressively the last couple of years. Today I had a food delivery after not going grocery shopping in two months properly. When the delivery driver came, they did come at the designated time they were suppose too...but with only half my groceries. They informed me that half my order was not loaded and I could either get a refund or wait till 2200 to get them delivered. This is now the third time this has occurred to me the last 3x I have ordered from them. Aside from there inability to hire people that can do their jobs correctly...You are expected to pay for your groceries when most of them they pick are to expire in the next day or on the day you get them delivered. No one that would go shopping physically would do that unless the price was reduced. Now I know that it is a service for convenience but some of us need to for either transportation issues or schedule conflicts..in either case ASDA/Walmart lacks quality of service and quality of food when there are other grocery brands with better service and better quality. Ridiculous excuse...
