Fifty-Two — Restaurant in England

I am only giving it 3 stars as my original server was lovely. I ordered a blueberry smoothie it tasted awful I didn't even drink it and it was warm. I also got a steak I ordered medium rare I got medium and wasn't even given a steak knife. Also it had rosemary on it ? A beef steak? It was over seasoned as well as the chips. They don't use bottled sauces. Just sachets which is bad for the environment. My original server finished her shift and the next server was late for her shift she acted like I didn't exist i waited 45 min for her to come to me so I could order another drink I had to go to the bar.. I heard them talking about my original server saying she was new but she was a much far better server than the one I had after. Very disappointing i wish I found a wetherspoons instead. This café we chose for breakfast certainly has potential, especially with its stylish interior that would make for a lovely cocktail bar. The menu spans various dining options from morning to evening, which is quite ambitious, though I felt it didn’t quite hit the mark with the breakfast we tried.

My bacon and fried egg croissant was decent, though the croissant itself wasn’t as flaky as I’d hoped, and the bacon could have been a bit crisper. My partner’s pancakes, while generously portioned, were a touch on the dry side.

I visited this cafe with a bunch of friends before our train to London and spent a few hours there for brunch, they have a good choice in there menu with options ranging from sweet to savoury and nice burger options. We loved the cozy vibe of this place and how well placed it is for such situations when you just have to walk to the Bournemouth station. Staff is friendly, although the female staff who took our order completely forgot one person’s order and he had to waited like 5-7 mins when everyone else was already served.

Coffee seemed to he dark roasted as it was slightly bitter for some of my friends’ taste!
