Birchwood Park — Local services in Great Britain

Modern "green" business park plus separate shopping area. Cycle/walking friendly. Excellent free shuttle bus from rail station for employees within the business park. Sadly the local train service is unreliable especially Northern Rail who still use outdated and generally dirty trains. As business parks go, it's very well maintained, good spacing, lots of green. Great dusk pond that's clean. Almost no litter. The only issue I have is for evening walks, the side closest to Oakwood has a smell of burning rubbish which I don't believe is from the site, but it's certainly linked to some local business as it only smells Monday to Friday.
