Ridiculously expensive and the atmosphere was non existent. Staff just approched the till and looked at me. Didn't ask "what would you like", hello" etc, Just looked at me. And it was'nt like there was a que at the drive through or inside. Reminded me why i prefer Costa. Also i purchased a vegan beyond meat breakfast roll and a tea. Now considering i was the only person at the till and the same woman served me with my tea a miute or so later you'd like to think that she'd put 1+1 together and realise that i may well want non dairy milk with my tea. She didn't bother to ask and brought me dairy "milk" . Cleanliness was also an issue, the serving are area was far from clean, counter tops, top of the coffee machine covered in dust and crumbs which had clearly been there for days. Staff were leaning over the waiting area to poor dregs into the sink leaving spillage in the area where you collected your drinks. The service was so slow with no offer to bring your drinks over and not even a hint of a smile! Added to that my order was wrong.
