I love this lounge. I use it regularly. It is small but in a good way. It feels cosy. Compared to BA lounges at Heathrow T5 it is such a relaxing space, never too crowded. The staff keep the lounge spotless and well-stocked. The food selection is limited but what is on offer is always tasty and fresh (the mini pies are the highlight). I particulrly like the cosy 'snug' with a display of good selection of whisky, cosy seating and fireplace (fake fire obviously in an airport). I also think that BA do a good job in selecting wines for the lounge. I always look forward to trying some new wines here. I haven't spotted showers though so that's one thing that can be improved.

Read moreI love this lounge. Usually pretty quiet and there’s some decent seating whatever style you’re looking for and it’s spacious throughout. Staff are super friendly and happy to help out wherever you are. The food selection is standard for BA but there’s no hot items, although plenty of cake, cheese and snacks supplementing the sandwiches during the day. Drinks have a good range for the size of the place, including champagne on request. Toilets are downstairs but accessible within the lounge and also spacious and always clean. It’s not directly near the gates BA use but the service offered makes the walk easily forgettable. A great...
Read moreThe staff make this place a wonderful experience. BA need to equip the kitchen to cater for more variety and sandwiches need to be more premium. We are still in circa 1970's with a pre-sliced loaf of bread affair for sandwiches, rather than the 2018 model of filled ciabatta's. Haven't we reached 'peak' cheese and pickle and believe me, it ain't Branston...? Tuna mayonnaise yawn and some processed beef for fillings and the beef is as thin as 70gsm paper. C'mon, better fillings and more premium please. BA have you noticed that I have used the term 'premium' twice? You charge a 'premium' for business seats but seem to offer...
