Our cavachon has been going to Claire's Comfy Canines since he was 3 months old (he's now 4) and the day care service provided is second to none.

Initially starting in the puppy creche which is specifically designed to slowly integrate them with the older dogs, he would have appropriate amounts of time for exercise and activities and would then be allowed to rest in a private space with the other puppies.

The girls who work there really are exceptional. They love each and every dog and really go above and beyond to bond with them (which was always evident by how excited Deacon would get when we dropped him off).

Laura does an exceptional job in managing the place, is very attentive and extremely responsive. She always does her best to accommodate the odd change in schedule etc to fit around the other. They take the happiness and comfort of your pet very seriously and I've seen them not take on badly behaved dogs who would make the other dogs uneasy.

The cost is very competitive and when you consider a dog walker wouldn't cost you much less for a 2 hour walk, then it was always a no brainer for us. For a little extra you can drop your dog off around your working day and they get a full day of fun, exercise and of course cuddles!

On one occasion I actually forgot to pick Deacon up after work one day but I got a call and one of the girls happily waited outside the gates while I dashed over there and had a smile on her face when I turned up (which speaks volumes about their customer service).

I couldn't recommend them enough. They're a fantastic business who offer an exceptional service which really can't be rivalled in my humble...

From the moment we met Laura to discuss enrolling Rudy, we were extremely impressed and really excited. We were truly surprised with how much the team at CCC do on a daily basis and everything that continues to happen in the background. Rudy has the absolute time of his life whilst at CCC, we look forward to picking him up at the end of the day to hear what he has been up too and the staff are always so happy and friendly to talk too!! Not only are we 100% confident in the team to keep rudy safe and healthy whilst he is in their care, its a bonus to know about all of the staffs training and procedures to implement this, 100% professional doggy day care that is so much fun for the doggies!! Forever grateful we came across CCC, we don't know what we would do without them! Rudy has had a big change in his home routine as we welcomed into this world his baby sister born in June, whilst things can be a little crazy at home with a new born, we know Rudy is getting all the love and attention at CCC, he is also being stimulated and burning alot of his energy which is keeping him super happy! Would deffo recommend CCC...

Tried to book our Vizsla puppy in after seeing they advertised puppy specific care on their website and facebook. However this was clearly not the case as I’ve been told I must wait until he’s neutered (18 months) before they’d even consider taking him! 18 months is quite a stretch of the definition of ‘puppy’.

They clearly provide a great daycare service as I was recommended by a friend, however as a prospective new customer I was given reason after reason why they couldn’t provide even a rough waiting list figure. “Spaces for dogs like him” was a phrase often used in the call. “We have lots of smaller dogs you know” was another.

I did not appreciate being spoken to so dismissively given the prominence of the breed in the UK, and frankly it seems like they can only be bothered to care for the smaller dogs- at least this is what I was told!

I’m well aware of the exercise requirements for these dogs and only enquired after thoroughly reading what was advertised on their website. Perhaps they should endeavour to make...
