Domino's Pizza - Glasgow - Knightswood — Local services in Great Britain

Ordered My Dominos throught the app which was perfect. Came in Nandos and saw still around 7minutes for my order, so i sit down and wait. My Time is up and i go to counter to collect my food. Waited at the counter for good 3-5minutes to be told its not ready yet. So I go sit down thinking they will call me. 10minutes go by they have served people who came after me they have taken order but noone has called me. I go to the counter and wait another 10MINUTES to even be seen. Told them where is my order Im extremly unhappy its been around 15minutes its said ready and you havent called me and nothing. Woman who I think is the supervisour walks around cant find it and then complaints to staff that they have missed a order or what ever. She never came back to apologise or actually try to resolve the issue. She just went back to make the dough and left. So right there im again left pissed of, I just spent money on product and service and my needs still arent being met. I start raising my voice and arguing a bit, and somewhere my ordered appeared from the top shelf on hot pass. So its been sitting under hot pass for roughtl 10-20minutes. HOW IS THIS FREASH. I make my statement that this is appauling and im unhappy, all the 3rd cashier who served me said "I apologise" doesnt explain what happened what went wrong, doesnt seem to care im going to have a pizza that was under hot lamp for a good while.

Okay so I leave unhappy. Walk for a minute and want to open the box to see the pizza. And if im honest Its a bit all over the place, its not all stuck togethe, some pieces of pizza on other side of the box. Like it does not look freash at all, and If im honestl looks like staff maybe helped them self cause noone claimed the pizza for a while and had to master it back together when I complained. But this is me making things up I have no prooof that this was the case or truflly a inclination that staff would do it. BUT why else is my order taking 20minutes after its been ready but everyone with families has been served after me but got food before me.

Truthfuly left very unhappy. Good note im moving soon so hopefully will have Dominos with better...

I had ordered a half and half pizza one side chicken feast with no sweetcorn or mushrooms and unfortunately it arrived with sweetcorn and mushrooms, the staff member I spoke with over the phone was apologetic and professional on the phone, she passed it onto a manager who was also apologetic and tried to resolve the issue straight away and gave a free drink to compensate for the mistake which was appreciated. She had a new pizza made and sent out which arrived very quickly and was piping hot! The chicken strippers were good, they are always a favourite of ours, we ordered the mac n cheese which we hadn’t had before, the portion was terrible although it tasted ok, very thin layer of pasta and quite dry after travelling unfortunately. The cookies were nice enough but by the time we had waited for a new pizza etc. they were cold so not as...

Dominos used to be good, but now the quality is far too unreliable, which really isn't acceptable considering the price.

We stopped using them last year because there was always something wrong from uneven sauce coverage, poor spread of toppings, pizza not cut properly etc.

The salt content must be huge as well because you spent all night drinking water, although that's not really the branch's fault.

The staff here are not the best either, I remember on many occasions standing at the counter waiting to speak with someone but just being ignored as my pizzas on the shelf were getting colder and colder and turning into cardboard.

The local chip shop to us does pizzas and to be honest they are much better, less salt and considerably cheaper as well. Dominos really need to up their game if they are going to continue charging...
