Ordered 6 pizzas, a large dip and 1 portion of £4 chips which I could tell there was something wrong with as soon as it was handed to me. I opened it straight away and it looked like someone's left overs so I let the delivery guy know before he left and he said to let the store know.
I rang the store and spoke to a guy called Mohammed and asked for a refund as we didn't want the chips delivered later on and he said that what we got was the normal portion size as it's only meant to be 250g.
I explained I'd had the chips before from other stores and they were never like this, with the box half empty, but he insisted they were measured out correctly and he couldn't do a refund but could have them resent or a note added to the system so we get a portion free next time.
I still said I wanted the refund and if he couldn't do it then I'd like to speak to the manager but he then advised he was the manager and it was store policy not to provide refunds as the chips are measured out correctly, which I said was was not my case, as the box was more empty than full, so they had not fulfilled my order so should provide a refund which he still denied.
I said for now to add the note to say we'd get a free portion next time, while I looked at taking the complaint above him, and after putting me on hold he came back to say he could only offer to have the chips resent. At this point I got fed up and told him he was clearly lying as up until then he'd been offering to put a note on the system for the free portion so I asked him for his full name if he was a manager and he refused to provide it but then said he would add the note for the free chips next time.
I then weighed the chips to make sure it wasn't in my mind and they came to 119g so I rang him back to let him know so they didn't continue to rip customers off but he didn't care and just said to complain to Domino's which I'll...

What happened to Domino's pizza, they lost the ability to deliver half decent customer service, that's a sad thing to experience, after years of loyalty and choosing dominos as me preferred, they couldn't care about the customer :-(((
What a massive disappointment, over something that could have been easily avoided by the manage, with a decision to delivery to a street his driver has to go past anyway. I will speak to global and discuss if this is their policy, to disappoint...
