Domino's Pizza - Neath — Local services in Great Britain

Grossly mismanaged by Natalie George with a deputy manager called Dominik, both of whom are so incompetent. Don't ever bother ordering a pizza for a specific time as they just ignore you, cook it immediately and then leave it under the hot lights to keep it warm!! When I told them I ordered it for a specific time they told me that I didn't but I then showed them the confirmation on my phone and they didn't have a clue what to say. I have since emailed Natalie again but she sees fit to just ignore her customers hoping they'll go away.

Well I will certainly be going away never to return! Grossly incompetent, grossly mismanaged and an absolutely disgraceful way to treat their customers. If I wanted to heat a pizza when I got home I'd have gone to Tesco's!! Far cheaper and you are greeted with a smile rather...

We order at least once a week (5 / 6) pizzas and every single time they are fantastic and have never had a bad one.

I would like to say that when I order by phone, I have spoken to a young lady named Georgia most times for some reason. Georgia is one of the most polite and sincere people I have spoke to and her Customer Service is second to none.

Georgia should be commended for such a positive and friendly attitude and Domino's should be quick to praise such a member of the team, as with so many options these days, return custom is more important than ever and it is Georgia's level of Customer Service that certainly keep us...

Went to the shop this evening, on entering, I was the only one there. made my order and was told 10 to 15 minutes wait, which didn't mind, has its being cooked fresh. But two lads come in a few minutes later made an order and had the pizza before myself. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked where it was only to be told they had sent it out to be delivered to someone else, so they would have to cook a fresh one for me which would be another 10 to 15 minute wait. I cancelled the order....
