So lovely wee take away . But I can't eat pizza that is burnt . Been buying regular although I don't always go idue to illness . I get 3 pizzas each time but explain do not burn the one with extra on . Now I'd stopped going in for a while due to this . So tonight got 3 pizzas 27.90 come to eat it mines was burnt so they had not listened to our request . I took it bk and the person behind the counter started saying it's not burnt so I explained calmly it's is for myself in was quite black in fact . So he went on to say you can't get another pizza ! So I put my hand on the box said firmly its OK you keep the pizza but I will never come into you again . Next thing the guy in the back came out trying offer me another pizza even I refund !! Unfortunately it was to little to late as I explained it was not about the money but your responce back to me . I love the atmosphere in there but this time you got this so wrong . So bad review and you have lost me and if you can afford to lose customer that spends 27.90 and more just shows the level of care you have for your customers that keep you in a job . Pretty decent food. The shop can be busy, mostly with delivery orders meaning you can have a bit of a wait at times but nothing drastic, I would suggest order online for pickup before you go or simply get it delivered. Not sure why they ask me to give stars for atmosphere, I went in and ordered a pizza and kebab, I was hardly expecting candle light and a mariachi band but all I got was a few people cooking food behind a counter but hey ho, the 3 stars for atmosphere are not a reflection of the shop 😂😂😂. I've been buying from here for many years. Normally, their curries are first class, but not last night. Chicken curry in which the sauce was much thicker and much darker than normal. This just wasn't pleasant to eat at all! I normally eat half along with a chicken pakora starter, keeping the other half for the next day. This time the other half went in the bin! Woke up at 4:30 this morning with a stomach so bloated it felt like it would burst. Only now - EIGHTEEN HOURS later is it beginning to settle down.
