Felmoor Country Park — Local services in Great Britain

Just returned from a weekend break in Hazel oaks , the lodge and location was lovely , on arrival the lodge it was so hot and we couldn’t fathom out the heating as it was too hot (we did in the end ) rang site manager twice and left voicemails , still waiting for a reply , no communication whatsoever , if it wasn’t for the hot tub lady Mel we would have been lost , she helped us no end , what a lovely girl she was and a breath of fresh air an absolute star , we had a few minor issues , the kitchen draw fell apart repeatedly,, stains on the living room carpet , cobwebs on light fittings, crisps and smarties under chair cushions , confetti behind the sofa, dirty radiators in bathrooms, greasy oven and extractor , dirty kitchen blind onion skins in fridge (this was obviously down to your cleaners) we spent the first night cleaning ,the bedding and towels were so clean and beds so comfortable , just a pity about the issues we had and couldn’t contact Andrew to report the kitchen draw (I’ve noticed in other reviews it’s been broken a while ) it’s just a pity there was a lack of communication when we had a problem , we took our 87 year old mother who’s-in I’ll health ,for a relaxing break , shame the first night was stressful for us I’ve emailed and text the owner about this but both have been ignored would of liked to return but as ive had no feedback I will be looking at other lodges ,shame about the cleaning issues because it spoiled an otherwise lovely break , now awaiting my...

Angies haven lodge.||FELMOOR PARK.||Initial thoughts were "wow" love this place.||Pros - Hot tub was great, staff were spot on. 10/10||Light and Airy. Facilities were spot on.Modern.||Bedrooms were large.||Lots of clean towels.||Cons-kids Beds were hard , and springy. "bring a duvet"||Dvd player -not working.||Happy to stay here again though :).||||Unfortunatley we were situated next to 2 cars full of Chavs & im a pretty good judge of Character, within 5 mins the Happy Hardcore tunes were blasting.wtf.||Then...peace and quiet for a while till pub kicking out time, Within 5 mins of them being back the Fighting started & Swearing, i felt sorry for the old people around there and people with kids like us.||I rang the Crazy horse pub to see if they could help & to my astonishment i got this reply!.."Sorry theres no security on site...youl have to ring the POLICE."||We Paid £600 for this lodge and expect better Site customer service than this.||" This has nothing to do with Angies Haven"||The next day the lovely people who clean and do the hot tubs helped us contact the owner of Chavsville next door and things quietened down. ||Big thank you to them.||All together we didnt let this spoil our experience and the...

Absolutely outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐||||We’ve just returned from the most incredible stay at Strawberry Fields, and we honestly can’t sing its praises enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect.||||The lodge itself was absolutely stunning – beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and so well thought out. Every little detail had been taken care of. There were plush towels, luxurious robes, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing break.||||But what really made this stay unforgettable was Alan. What an amazing host! He truly could not have been more helpful – warm, welcoming, and so attentive without ever being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and you could really tell he takes great pride in making sure guests have the best experience possible.||||We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but Strawberry Fields is up there with the very best.
