So where do I start, it was a difficult establishment to rate to be honest. Currently staying on the site this restaurant is situated. Checked online before booking to see what the food was like , menu , prices, drinks etc. So the menu itself when we got there was on a A4 bit of paper with 10 items give or take on it, would have expected steak or a mixed grill considering "Grill" is in the name but never mind wasn't on the menu. So we picked the battered fish and chips ,cheesy chips for the kids ( Not on the menu) and calamari for the wife. Standard prices for me and missus but £7 each for cheesy chips is a bit steep. The food was surprisingly nice and I would highly recommend the fish and chips( Best I've had in a long time). We went on four different days for food and the menu was that of the A4 paper so very little chance to try something different. The service from one lady was extremely friendly and professional I couldn't fault it. The rest of the staff are great but lack a bit of experience. Great games room downstairs for the kids ,pool table coin machines and games. There was no dessert menu which was disappointing I had to ask a member of staff which was met with an " errmmm" sort of face. So overall a nice place to go with family but possibly ring up first to see what menus on so you're not disappointed with a mixed grill ed less menu. ( Sorry no pics of the fish meal as I ate it pretty quick)

What can I say...my partner and I have visited the park more than several times. On each occasion, we have eaten and drank at the Crazy Horse, and on each occasion, we have been greeted by unfriendly staff. We have stood at the bar waiting for service or instruction. This is like pulling teeth. We arrived at 7 pm, plenty of time to order food. Well, at least we thought so. Unfortunately, on the site we looked at, it stated that service ended at 8.30pm, then staff told my partner it was 8pm. Anyhow, we ordered food and waited. We had to figure out where cutlery was, etc, as we were not given any at our table. Our starters arrived, and then eventually, our main. Our starter was fine, but my main way was way over cooked, dry chicken, which I needed a saw to get through it. I keep wanting to give the place a chance, as I love staying at the park. Bar staff need to tend to all customers, new or old. Greet, instruct, and be friendly. Food was presented lovely.

We came to Felmoor park for the weekend and stayed in a beautiful lodge! We went to The Crazy Horse for tea on the Saturday, service was quick, food was out not long after ordering, customer service was great as well! Went back for Sunday lunch, food again was lovely. Went back for the entertainment Sunday night with the magician the kids loved it, had everyone engaged (even the adults). In the basement they have their amusement and arcades which is where most of the kids spent! We did go earlier than the menu times to be guaranteed a table which we were. Suitable for all group sizes however they do recommend booking and reserving a table if it’s a party of 8 or more to be guaranteed a table.

If you’re coming to Felmoor park make sure you bring food or look for an alternative place to eat as this place is so bad…

My family and I have been coming to the park since 2020 and usually come between 2-4 times throughout the year and the crazy horse has always been absolutely fantastic for food and service however this time round it’s a shambles the place has gone right down hill need a full new team of staff in especially a new proper chef and manager as the little wife is not nice at all face is always like thunder she’s so unfriendly and not approachable at all!

I booked a table on Friday at 5pm for 10 people came and stood waiting at the end of the bar to be seated 10 of us standing there for at least 5 minutes no one even looked at us so my sister had to go ask where our table was and the girl just pointed over there, we sat down and waited for someone to come give us menus but no one came, went to bar to order drinks and there was sheets of paper next to the food till saying summer menu so took them back to table everyone chose what they wanted went to order to be told that menu wasn’t on and that it was pizza only and selection of kids meals, we then eventually ordered our food and sat waiting for it for over an hour when it eventually came out pizza crusts were burnt black but the actual pizza wasn’t cooked through was cold and cheese wasn’t melted (mozzarella cheese was clearly not used) so I’m not sure how they’ve managed that, we ended up getting a refund.. As we always eat out when we are away we went back for breakfast on Saturday morning opens at 10 was stood outside until almost 10.10 and had to knock to make sure breakfast was on, we were let in but not seated so found ourselves a seat sat waiting for someone to come out to give us menus we finally ordered and waited almost an hour for our breakfasts it’s just aswell it was just 2 tables in cause god knows how much longer we would have waited, breakfast came was awful but we ate it anyways as was so hungry from not having any tea the night before.. We have had to drive out to Morrisons and buy food as we are here a week I’m on holiday and don’t expect to be standing cooking but we cannot eat the food in crazy horse, I will never step foot in the crazy horse again not even for a drink I am so put off by the service from the staff how long you wait for food and...

Traveled quite a distance to have easter Sunday lunch with family today, (11of us), family member staying at a lodge on site. We'll I'm actually still in shock at the way the bar tender spoke and treated me. I'm in queue at bar to order food, he told me to move to another till for food, a lady walked ahead and started ordering food, drinks at this till, I'm waiting. Meanwhile all the other members of family went to the bar and ordered food no problem., I'm still stood awaiting the till. When I ordered my food after waiting for previous lady to get her, food and then drinks also, I was told by barman because other people on my table ordering he couldn't use the till. I asked how long it would take as I checked bar till visually, no one from my table there. He said he'd check, disappeared, came back, stomping about, then ordered my food. I asked if all food would come out together, he said no, as we'd paid in sections,I advised if I'd ordered at original till our food would be the same orders as everyone else's time slot,,,,, I asked for the receipt, he slammed it down and said, I'm refunding your money and not giving you food, your attitude stinks, huffing and puffing, I just looked at him and said, excuse me, you will give me my food order I'm sat with family, if you hadn't said come to this till I could have ordere 15 minutes ago, he said he was trying to sort till.... I took the receipt and returned to my family, they were disgusted but had already paid, for meals and drinks also.... I'm disgusted, I've never been spoken to like that in my life. I'm aware it was busy but hey,,, unbelievable, spoilt my meal which was OK, we spent 39 pound on two meals, 40-50 on drinks, that was just the two of us,,, my family of a further nine ate and drank. One person's attitude ruined a lovely day.. If that reply is from management, what can I say,...
