Phoned after placing an order on justeat. Guy couldn't speak English started shouting me in a language I couldn't understand. Been a customer for months using maybe 2 or 3 times a week. Made out from broken English that is was justeats problem and not theirs. Absolutely terrible customer service as the wee woman that normally delivers my food is so lovely. This is by far the worst establishment for food in blantyre. Ordered a hoagie, got a box of donner meat with chips and cheese. Called to ask where my hoagie was and ask them if they even knew what one was and they admitted they didn't. Clearly run by morons with even more moronic staff. Wish I took time to read other reviews before ordering because they are all bad. Stay clear, save yer money...

The two women serving me at the register were unpleasantly and their customer service was terrible they looked like they didn’t want to be there and had an attitude.

On top of that they didn’t add the salad and sauce that I asked them to put so I just left without saying anything. My first and last time ever going here!
