Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Wednesday lunchtime, 1.30pm. A line of people literally out of the door. Shelves very poorly stocked with about half of the items not stocked at all.

There is just ONE person behind the till serving customers while another was doing other tasks in the kitchen.
