Asda Blantyre Superstore — Restaurant in Great Britain

I Really cant think of any positives to say about this flea pit, it really is badly managed front to back and it has been like that for years! I live locally and only use it for emergency’s NOW! I think 80% of the staff have been there to long and they know it..from empty freezers that hardly ever get stocked to empty shelf’s..there is normally an older member of staff that works on the booze isles, He is the only one that seems to care, when he is not on the shelf’s never get stocked up, I don't know if it cost cutting or the management just don't care...try getting a till operator to acknowledge you or give you a thanks or even a smile..all I ever here most of the time at the tills is “AM A NO DUE A TEA BREAK” from 3/ 4 tills on when the place is busy with cues down the isle when it hardly busy...I would rather travel an extra 15 minutes out of town and take my money to either Tesco / Aldis or Sainsbury’s in the foreseeable future, where we get a much better professional shopping...

Just back form the store disgusted. I asked a woman at the pizza counter if she was getting served and she said yes and the lady and gent to my left were also getting served. 2 counter assistants (caitlin and chloe) seen me standing there whilst they were serving these two other customers, once they had finished serving and another 2 customers were standing to my left chloe went on to a fone and caitlin said to me. Are u waiting on a pizza i said yes, she said the queue is up there and pointed to my left, she then began to serve the guy who was now standing next to me. I THEN HAD TO JOIN THE BACK OF THE QUEUE! Very annoyed i never said a thing incase she made my pizza horrible but she new she had annoyed me. She never said a thing to the 2 customers before me when she gave them there pizza but when she gave me mine she said have a good night and smirked. I just walk away. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!! There is no sign up anywhere to say where the queue...

I've been in many Asda stores and this one was absolutely disgusting. I can assure my family I will never take them in there again. The staff are ignorant, they watch you walking and then put the metal crates on your way (smack bang in the middle of walk way) badly laid out store. Most staff faces are tripping them, I certainly didn't see one member of staff smile, inside or out the store. The cleaning is something to be desired considering toilet, my disabled mother needed to relieve her self but wouldn't considering the state of the Loo's, she told me that when she went in she had to wash her hands and as soon as she actually saw the state of the toilets she scrubbed her hands without using the toilets and had to buy hand gel to make sure her hands were clean after walking...
