Hassan's Balti — Local services in Great Britain

I don't normally write reviews for takeaways but wow, this one was exceptional. I've lived in Leicester for about a year now and have struggled to find a good curry - everywhere I've tried something was missing. I was craving a curry tonight so I ordered from Hassan's Balti through Just Eat - I really wanted a fish tikka and it was the only place that had it so I ordered fish tikka masala, chicken tikka masala, chicken shashlik, and some poppadoms. The app said the food would be here in 40 mins, but 25 mins later I had a call from the driver to say he was downstairs. And most importantly - the food. Wow, both the fish tikka and the chicken tikka's were the best I have had in a very long time, in fact I'd say the chicken tikka masala is the best one I've ever had. It wasn't bright red unlike some others I've tried, tasted super fresh with plenty of chicken and delicious sause. The shashlik was amazing. And the fish tikka that I had cravings for - literally perfection with plenty of nice white fish. I would totally recommend and will definitely be ordering again next...

If i was able to give restaurant ZERO to its owner i would gladly give it with great pleasure as the owner was extremely unprofessional even though he failed to deliver naan and i asked for a simple " sorry" and he just started shouting me and when himself delivered after quite some time at my building door he as so arrogant and with complete nonsense talks showing blatant lack of business sense by the food was simply horrible to the point that my son refused to eat as it was poorly cooked customers please beware of this owner who should not allowed to work in the business instead he need to go to school to learn how to talk to the...

Ordered on just eat but was big let down. Butter chicken tasted like a dessert. Way too much sugar in it. Was like eating a cake. Owner said he never heard of people putting salt in it. Yet every other takeaway I order it from does and it's savoury with a little sweetness. Not pure sugar. Lamb curry was super greasy. Again, owner thinks I must be wrong because it's "measured" amounts and nobody else complains. I guess I must have mistaken the half inch of oil sitting in bottom of container as sauce then?
