Absolutely disgusting service. Specifically told them to put less oil in my food as I am pregnant, the food got delivered and the food was filled in the tubs with mostly all oil. I ordered a chicken bhuna which had 4 pieces of chicken in it the rest was oil. I ordered a chicken chaat which had hardly any chicken and the rest oil and chicken. I ordered a lamb saag which had majority all oil. I rang to complain and the owner said he would give me a refund for the items I have refunded once he has collected it from my house. He did this and returned back to the shop only to ring me and say he will not be issuing anything. Awful customer service - save yourselves the oil and hassle and do not order from here especially if your pregnant. The man was shouting down the phone to me and I advised him I’m pregnant and he didn’t care....

Honestly, we have been ordering from Shamim for a couple of years now and I can say, hand on heart, they truly are the best Indian takeaway we’ve ever had. Every dish has a taste of its own and their delivery service is impeccable. Admittedly, they have made mistakes with our order in the past but what makes them 5* is how they deal with any complaints - they offer to rectify it immediately with many apologies and compensation if necessary (after all we are all human right)? Wow! Well, what can I say? Don't usually have Indian food takeaway, as it never seems to be as good as when eating in. However, this has changed everything! Food was delivered quickly, driver was immaculately presented and very pleasant. Everything was piping hot and just as ordered, with the additional bonus of a couple of poppadoms. Taste and quality of every single dish was fabulous, couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend and will be using again - what a great find for the start...
