We had a table booked for 2.30 today the 9/8/20 well what can I say, we left hungry and very discusted! We was served raw burgers at our expense! Discusting to say the least! The standards are shocking! My husband ate a fair bit of his thinking was ok and the more he ate the pinker it got I only had one bite out of mine as I dont eat anything pink, but we paid for 2 meals and left with only part eaten, I think they need to retrain the staff on food safety, my husband could be I'll as he ate a fair bit of it thinking it was safe to eat until it got to almost raw inside the burger! And I told him it isn't safe to eat undercooked burgers.

Went here recently for lunch with the Mrs. The venue and location is great. Plenty of free onsite parking, have to register number plate on entry. Wasn't that busy, however, food wait time was 45 mins. A trainee took our order and unfortunately came out the kitchen incomplete as an item was missed. After speaking with the staff and manager, Paul, we were given the missing item very promptly. All in all a cosy family friendly pub with a good selection of drinks and food. Food quality could be improved with ciabatta garlic bread rather than bread slices and half melted cheese. Mains could have come out hotter with better garnish.

Food was delicious, had a classic mixed grill which came with plenty to eat! Only issue is due to it being a Saturday it was very busy when we arrived and so the food took around 45 minutes from ordering. I feel if I had gone on a weekday it would have felt a lot more relaxed and could definitely become a go to place, just not on a weekend especially with the six Nations rugby showing, making the place even busier! (Not their fault) The staff seem very friendly and still put in a good service even on busy nights like tonight. All in all the food itself was worth the wait and I'd definitely go back again!
