Lahore Kebab — Local services in Great Britain

I gave this place 4 stars on my last visit as i was happy with service and food. On mt second visit it was the same so i did not change the review but now on ky 3rd visit, main management was not there to serve so i asked the chef if he can make me veg Biryani? He put something in microwave and gave dashed in a wok, moved it around for a bit then served asking for £7. Menu states £6 +50p for making it hot (was not hot at all) and then says 50p change for sitting in. Paying extra is bo problem but giving microwave food and small portion is not acceptable. Manager came in at the end saying he will sort it next time. I dont know if i should give them that opportunity. See photo of my £7...

If you know Ind0/ Pak food this is mediocer at best. The Sheek Kebab had bone fragments, so I have to have a crown placed at £400 as it chipped a tooth and too salty, The butter chicken well that was bland and the Balti lamb again way too salty and so much oil no wonder Asians have the higest heart attack rate.The Balti meat is from the shoulder, the cheapest cut and looks to be cooked in a pressure cooked before adding in the generic sauce. The actual protien is lacking. The naan is terribel probably the worst I have had. The salad is a joke. But at least it doesnt chip teeth and not laden with salt. Poor quality, wrongly named food. They have no clue! what a Karahi is. They give you tandoori rootis and call them naans. Poor customer service, misquote prices on the menu and add hidden dine in charges. The table are so cramped that it feels like a chicken shed.
