New Hong Kong — Local services in Great Britain

I have been using this Chinese take-away for 5 years now and I am yet to receive bad food or service from them. Food is always hot and made up within a reasonable time. If ever there is a mistake with an order (rare) they are the first to accept a mistake on their behalf and resolve the problem ASAP. They appreciate our custom so much the will more often than not give us little free extras and even know our names. We had a large order not so long ago and only one person went to pick it up, because it came in 2 box's one of the members of staff offered to carry one to our house (which is just up the road).
