PREMS DHABA Indian Takeaway — Local services in Great Britain

An interesting experience at Prems Dhaba late last night. I ordered via justeat for a regular takeaway from this establishment. The food did not arrive in the allocated time so I rang them and was received by the manager who mentioned this "was not his fault, Justeat failed to print the order" of course I gave him the benefit of the doubt, I asked politely for a spare naan for the late delivery. He gave this reluctantly and told me the food would arrive 20 minutes later. I agreed and the conversation concluded. 25 minutes later, the food had still not arrived therefore i called and was met by the same business owner who was ruder and more arrogant than the last time. I asked kindly where the food was, he created a fallacious argument blaming his driver for the lateness of the food. I accepted his loosely structured argument and asked for a spare drink. The food at this point was over an hour late, so asking for a naan and a drink is hardly asking for much.

Of course his response was fairly aggressive, he reminded me he was the manager of the institute and threatened to retract the order. I told him to do so and reminded him to cancel the order. I later called Justeat, They told me he hadn't cancelled the order.

Awful customer service and...

Ordered food from here after a while today and was disappointed to find that when my order finally arrived, it was COMPLETELY wrong- not even a small error and the portions were measly. Politely phoned to ask and was completely shut down by the staff who were absolutely adamant that we had asked for that order despite the whole family being there whilst I ordered and had it repeated back to us. Refused to even swap us with the correct order and then actually hung up on us! A couple minutes later my sister phoned back and was told that the lady would speak to her husband and call us back- she never did. No apology or anything, I cannot believe just how rude the staff were, never written a review before but really felt the need to after this. WOULD...

Been ordering food from here for over a year now yesterday I placed order collected was wrong. Rangback to tell them, the guy kept repeating the same thing back to me, when i asked to replace the order. (Which was 1 thing) replied no and hung up on me. Took it all back for refund. Doesn't matter now many times we have actually found HAIR in their food told them about it never gone back to get relaced and this is how they treat a regular customer. NO APOLOGIES WHAT SO EVER DISGUSTED!!! Instead ordered food from SPICE FUSION down the same road. Will definitely not be going there again...EVER!!! Given 1 star as doesn't let me post without otherwise this doesn't...
