The Pear Tree Inn Bar & Grill Derby — Restaurant in England

The food here is the best I have experienced. Indian mixed grill served on a hot Skillet is amazing and accompanied with masala chips and a salad. 8 of us had 3 grills as a shared starter. We then ordered a variety of currys and naan breads for our mains. Totally delicious. The bar service was excellent and the owners were inviting and friendly. This IS on my return list for sure! Do not be discouraged by looking at the building as the package within discounts this and is well worth a visit..

Thought we'll make a change and go for a curry instead. of a Christmas dinner with some of the ladies from work, so we decided to go to the Pear Tree Tavern. We all had starters and main meals, which we all thoroughly enjoyed.Some of the ladies has never been to the Pear Tree Tavern, but by the end of the evening, they all said they would return and also tell all their friends about how good the food was,also the service was excellent,they could not do enough for us very polite and very helpful.The meals came out very quick. Went out for a lads night out to the pear tree for some food 4 months ago , I’ve now been 7 times for either a sit down meal or a takeaway , which considering coming from Belper says it all , well worth a 20 min drive from Belper to collect a takeaway , as for eating in we have taken the kids , lovely friendly atmosphere , great service and we will continue to either eat in or takeaway for a long time to come .
