Ordered £1000 worth of stock, to be told they've damaged it in the warehouse.. trying to blame another manufacturer instead of taking responsibility and then delaying the refund process.
2 bit company, that lies to you and then holds your money with a side of poor customer service over the phone
Avoid at all costs as they only want your money and dont care about the service they provide you
They then get funny in the comments on your honest review rather than actually help you as a customer, considering you took 30 days to get my money back and everytime I phoned up you came out with it's on the managers desk to be sorted. What a lame excuse of a business, so many better suppliers for these items than yourselves.

Read moreI made a large order with rubber duck for 3 bathrooms. I had multiple delivery issues, the first with missing items and then the promise they would be delivered in a couple of days. They were not. This then happened again!! Due to the delays I had to reorganise the plumber as the items were not here weeks after they should have been. I have then called the company to organise the return of one item outside of the return period (didn’t realise tap length was wrong for sink as plumber has only just come back to fit the bathrooms, due to their delivery/warehouse issues) and they won’t allow me to return as it’s out of policy. I spent close to £2,000 and very disappointed, although the products are nice you can buy the same from other websites who are more considerate of their customers.
