Walked into the shop, no-one there, walked around a bit, still no service. Walked up to the office, door was shut, I could see two women sitting inside through the window, one saw me. Waited, and waited, still no service, sat down and waited some more. Eventually got up and went down to Gates Garden Centre where I got what I wanted for half the price. Total waste of two...
