Not my local Bentley but due to the delay I thought I’d call around. Came across these guys; Service seemed good called they had booking straight away and collected the car bearing in mind they’re not my local Bentley it was about an hours drive. But then what turned out to be simple fix they spent hours on taking the car apart only to be told nothing was found. Then software update was done fault was cleared and issue was sorted…so my question was why spend all them hours then do this why couldn’t that be done first. Apparently it’s a process they have to follow. Having recently been in for a service at my local it’s seems like I was misinformed and had it come to them it wouldn’t have been hours rather it would’ve been done the correct way round saving me 100’s. Read moreStarted the search for a big birthday treat and decided to pop in and have a look at a Conti GT. This model and manufacturer was not on my radar, but what a warm welcome at High Wycombe. The lovely receptionist was also product aware and then handed us over to Andrew Bradburn in sales. My wife and I were talked through the various options/models and encouraged to drive the demo. We haven’t done that yet, but I’ve now started to look in the Bentley configurator and at some nearly new used ones.
