Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Today i went in this costa cafe. Well all regulations about covid19 , circuit for customers before to pay at till !! Good !! But staff members inside the service area and in the floor area without wear mask on !!! When this guys and their boss will understand that many people now in Uk lost their job for business closure for covid 19 because we can people doesn’t Wear on this mask and stop the pandemy .... Italy .France , Germany Swissland , and other cointries respect this rules in full FOR ALL !! No only custumers could be contaminated by virus , also staff that work 8 hours with paper cup near the mounth !! Incredible !!! Just one staff member guy at coffe machine for 8 hour p day , how many customers contaminated !!!

We need to stop this virus all tougheter without police, engorcements , goverment rules and tgere is only one system , keep distance and wear on the mask allways Alllllll .

If not , the socity system fall down with economy that already now is in truble !!!

Also this young Costa cafe staff now must wear on the mask !!

I suggest all Customers that see costa staff without masks inside the shop well avoid to get a coffee.

They are not...

I would love to at least once see the staff at the Costa -next happy or smiling This shop it’s just a little joke Staff rude never happy no smile at all Today I went there with my little son There was nothing on the shelf’s No pastries no muffins When I asked for some festive syrup into my coffee I been told that I will not get one because they use them for the signature drinks I wanted to pay extra obviously but I been refused to have one with the comment that in this store they work properly So I’m asking if you do why you don’t follow the company rules and don’t provide the right service? Why there where no 99% times available? Also a bit the cleanliness rules were violated by the lady in a cap, jacket and backpack serving people Probably last visit...

Popped into the store whilst In between cinema viewings at the cinema across the road, speaking to the staff they were super friendly and recommended that I tried the chocolate fudge brownie frappè to which I was more than happy to accept the recommendation. The gentlemen at the counter which I believe had green and purple hair, forgive my descriptions I didn't catch their names, was super helpful and the young man with the red hair and glasses made the frappè which quite frankly was the best frappè I've had in a very long time. Very quick and friendly service from the staff all round and great atmosphere! Will definitely be returning and recommending your store to my friends...
