Had my sons 3rd birthday party at the Wacky Warehouse in Stirling today. From the second we walked in, the general manager Rona was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and she was so attentive to all our guests, making sure they had drinks and food orders etc. She was absolutely brilliant with the kids at the party too, and even sat down to paint with them and everything. So many of our guests commented on how good the staff and the service was. It makes it so much easier as a parent when the staff are on the ball like Rona was today, because you can relax a little bit more.

The soft play itself is brilliant too, plenty to keep the kids busy and good for all ages. We had kids there aged 1 to 12 years old and every one of them was more than happy to play in there.

The food that the kids got was great too, good sized portions for kids and a good selection considering they were catering for large numbers.

I would happily come back here to have another party, and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, not just for a party but for a visit to soft...

We organised a 4th Birthday party at the Wacky Warehouse for our little girl today. It was our third time using the facilities and Rhona and her team did not disappoint. They were absolutely fantastic! It was stress free, the place was really clean and all the staff were on hand to make everything run as smoothly as possible. Nothing was a problem and the whole team had a fantastic can do attitude which made the party a huge success. The adults even had the chance to relax and catch up with one another. Absolutely lovely soft play!!! Clean, friendly staff!!! Ali our server was outstanding!!! We are on holiday in Scotland from South Africa and this has been one of our favourite indoor play areas for children!!! Every week you get different specials! Food is delicious! I have gluten and milk allergies and they were very happy to cater to my allergies. Our last visit was at lunch time and it was quite busy, the kids loved it! If you need to do some work the WiFi signal is excellent and morning are very very quiet!!! Love this...
