Costa Drive Thru — Restaurant in Scotland

On a rainy day, when the grey skies over Stirling did not promise anything good, I found the perfect refuge - Costa Coffee. This is a place that captivates you at first glance with its atmosphere, created for privacy, work and warm communication.

My choice was a cozy place located around the corner of the bar, away from the main flow of people, right by the window. From here it was convenient to watch the world without being distracted from my work. The prices were a pleasant surprise: my order - a large Iced Latte and a delicious lemon muffin, which, as a connoisseur of pastries, I rate the highest - cost me only £5.64.

Unfortunately, this almost perfect place had one significant flaw. Despite all the obvious advantages - from the excellent muffin to the convenient location - the Internet connection turned out to be a weak link. It's perfect for casual surfing, but it's not suitable for video work that requires standard quality of 720p and above. My productive work with large files was delayed.

Despite this minus, which I sincerely hope will be corrected, I would recommend this place. It's a great place not only for friendly and family gatherings, but also for those who are looking for inspiration and peace for work or study.

Final rating: 7.5 lemon...

Visited today with a friend for coffee and 1 member of staff absolutely excelled in customer service.. Finn deserves recognition for his outstanding friendliness, kindness and overall customer service. His natural ability to approach customers without being intrusive to ask if everything was ok was something I’ve never seen in a coffee shop. I visit this branch regularly and have never witnessed any staff making it a point to make sure their customers were happy with everything and ask if they need anything. I’ve only ever had interaction with staff at the counter serving, all who are very pleasant but Finn, just a young boy, outshone every member of staff I’ve ever spoke with in this branch. I hope his manager and head management of Costa realise what an exceptional member of staff they have. I would make it a point to go to this coffee shop on the days he was working and choose this branch over any others purely because of his exceptional customer service. Staff are lovely. Although it is very newly opened - it is immaculate both inside and out - hopefully everyone there will work hard to keep it so. The food is exactly as you would hope - excellent, as is the coffee of course. Not used drive "thru" yet and probably never will as I prefer to sit on a nice chair and enjoy my coffee. If I was being picky I would say I personally do not like that I am unable to put my tray to a station to make way for next customer if busy. The flip side of this of course is that there are more staff to clear tables quicker and be more efficient toward recycling concerns - well done...!!! But means customer may have to encounter the odd tray/mess on a table when busy. I am actually okay with that as a trade off for the recycling and reduced environmental impact Costa may have. On that point - well done on Costa for recycling my Costa pods for free...
