I was here today, my fish and kebab is quite edible but .... I think staff should use gloves when packing this food. First, they accept money from customers with lots of bacteria, and then they touch the food with the same hands. My pitta bread, one of the service staff, after accepting the money from me with her dirty hands, put it back on the table, it lay there for a while, then she transferred it with the same hands to another table, the stove, also without gloves, threw it into the stove. It was very unsanitary. I believe the management reads customer reviews and will do something about it. USE GLOVES PLEASE. ...

I've used sunrise several times, usually ordering Mediterranean chicken kebab. It's usually fresh, tasty with really good chicken.

What's changed?

This time the kebab was awful, burnt, dry, bitter tasting chicken, really unpleasant taste, limp salad tasted like it's been out all day.

So bad I had to throw it away

Service was ok from the young lady on the counter but I dropped stars as order wasn't ready even though I ordered ahead of time .

Atmosphere, cold and moody two stars.

Best chippy in Derby by a mile! The food is cooked to order and the prices provide excellent value for money.
