Chicken tikka masala was ordered at restaurant, I have had it before from their takeaway and was ok, had spice and was quite nice. But at the restaurant last night it was unbearably sweet, no spice at all. Girlfriend had chicken jalfrezi and wasn't impressed with the taste, she said she'd had better jalfrezi from sainsburys! I agreed that I'd also had alot better tikka masala from supermarkets. No body asked us if our meal was ok, which is totally unacceptable for restaurant service. I ate the meal anyway as I wanted to eat at the same time as my partner. It was at 50% off eat out to help out scheme, if I had to pay full price I would of sent it back definitely. I told the waitor how awful it was and he just said sorry about that and walked off with the plates. The waitors are only bothered about serving the women with plenty of flirting and do not show any respect or much attention to the male partner. Thank you Balti International for a beautiful meal tonight. This has to be one of Derby's longest standing BIR curry houses, which serve truely amazing dishes and with spot on service to boot. We ordered 2 starters, the mixed kebab and hot meat puri, both were great value and tasted great. For mains we ordered the saag paneer, which is my American daughter-in-laws favourite, chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka pathia. Everyone commented on the high quality of each dish and quantity of meat and paneer. My wife comments stood out the most, which really does say it all 'this is the best pathia I have ever had'. Hi this the world worst place to eat food .we went to the restaurant 3 people standing next to us like we did something wrong just on entrance when we enter. Secondly when we ordered food it look like hot but it wasn't too hot it look like and when we eat no taste no masla no chili in it.i as for some tissue we were 4 people we need 4 or 5 tissue he give us only 1 tissue and went away. I as manager he said other people eat like that why we make like that . No way of talking I ask where is toilet he told me here is ur bill. This place is worst then hell.
