Went into the store, purchased some pads had a voucher. Member of staff who appeared to be alot older than the male staff. Took the voucher off me read out loud 9th June 24 it expires. Is it in date🤨 considering today’s date 18th April 24 ( expires in seven weeks and three days id day it’s in date 🤦🏼‍♀️. She then ask her colleague who confirmed it was in date. Then struggled to redeem the voucher. With help from colleague the voucher was processed. As usual common sense to be non existent… Went into the store to purchase some shower gel on 18th May 24, the shower gel had no price so I ask the staff at the till, it scanned through at £1.00 but according to her it had discontinued due to the packaging updated, refused to sell it to me. Trying to offering alternatives 🙄erh no. If it’s been discontinued staff should manage the stock take effectively and rotate stock to avoid this from happening. Also wanted a certain cream which wanted to know they had in stock the make who was tall dark hair, saw I wanted his assistance was far more interested in speaking the woman on the till on his headset than assisting me…great customer service 👌 Recently went into the store the trolley was left in the middle of the aisle. No sign up to say whether there was a hazard in the aisle. Only thing I can assume staff just left the trolley in the middle of the aisle obstructing customers walking down the whole entire aisle. Very rude woman in this store, got annoyed and rude with us when we came back to ask for a lipstick that was free with what we bought, we asked her if she knew about the offer and she said 'no actually i don't' and when we asked her if we could have it she said 'well it is the customer's responsibility to pick it up', very rude and intimidating tone ,what on earth is she getting paid for ???? Terrible employee, Disgrace on the other lovely employees that work there . PLUS don't bother paying for next day delivery, they didn't even know what TOWN my order was in and i had to waste petrol running about for it...
