Susan Chinese Takeaway — Local services in Great Britain

We have often used this takeaway for our family night over the years and always been happy.. But the last 2 occasions have been awful on both occasions the squid was so salty and overcooked it like eating rubber. The chicken balls soggy batter and again chewy chicken. Not impressed. Have they changed the chef ? Having big doubts on ordering in the future. Sorry guys its just not good enough

4 days have passed 4 times we have called we have been promised that the manager will call us back....he/ she didn't. We have been offered 3 parts of our menu back from the shop supervisor ? They don't seem to grasp that a Chinese meal in our household is shared so we have a bit of everything.

And I say that 3 bad parts to our shared meal totally spoiled the whole meal I have requested that the shop supervisor contacts the manager as they never seem to be available for a customer complaint...

Heres something to remember if You ignore a complaint or try to fob them off when a complaint is made. you will lose Your regular customers.

Absolutely shocking meal tonight from Susan's. Always rated the food highly in the past but I'm afraid we won't be using them again. Fried duck in plum sauce was completely overpowered by the pineapple it was served with and there was no hint of any plum sauce or plum flavour to the dish at all. Upon opening it I assumed we'd been given the wrong dish so called to ask for the correct dish to be sent, only to be told by the lady who answered that "this is how it's meant to be." Even if that's true the dish was disgusting on every level and the only possible name for the dish would be duck with pineapple. On top of this our crispy chilli shredded beef was dry, rock hard and had no flavour and barely any sauce. Our chicken chow mein was lukewarm and tasteless. Egg fried rice was ok though lol. Overall hugely disappointing and nothing like our past meals from Susan's. Would expect nothing less than a...

Avoid avoid avoid!Food cold,not fresh. Chicken curry only had a couple pieces of chicken the rest was onion,did not look fresh.Sweet sour chicken not fresh the chicken peace’s tiny,spent over £40 called to complain and wanted only half money back ,even though didn’t eat any of the food,so should have asked for a full refund they said they can not do refund their system won’t allow..(excuses). Told me to bring the food back to the restaurant,ridiculous.I said I don’t live anywhere near the man was rude and said you pick up the food and bring..lack of understanding or willing to compromise.Do not want to refund at all.
