Good one day/Terrible the next.

Came here on a recommendation and was not disappointed. In fact after 3-4 years of trying to find a really consistent Chinese in the area I think this could well be the one!! Will update as necessary.

Everything we ordered was prepared fresh, piping hot and full of flavour with our first order. Normally I order my usual but even opted for a recommendation in the shop and that hit the spot. Tonight we had a Laksa Chow Mein, Salt & Pepper King Prawn, Sweet & Sour Chicken and a few other dishes.

Now I’ve amended this review as we got a meal delivered recently and it was absolutely shocking. In fact one of the worst in the area. I can’t understand it other than they must have had a different chef but the meal I had which was pretty basic dishes was so bad I couldn’t even eat it and put it in the bin. Doubt I’ll be back as far too inconsistent but if I do go back I’ll make sure it’s not midweek!! Very sad. This was 5* but I’ll change it to 2* instead of 1* which that...

When you walk in the door, you will probably want to walk out again. The counter area is dirty and dated, and the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. It definitely doesn't give you the impression that the kitchen will be any better. It's just a shame the shop looks bad as the food is...
