Chips where lovely portions are huge. I asked the woman serving could I have the chicken in the fat I will ask she replied she then gave me a lecture on the health benefits of cooking in an air fryer I’m a trained chef and hotel manager but with cancer so quite ill at the moment so I knew all that information and let’s be fair you don’t go to a chip shop for health benefits is she being serious ( short red hair lady) with a sting in her tail The chicken, breast was dry and the leg tasted smoked as if it had been close to something that was a smoked product. The worst bit I spent £9.00 but had forgotten to pay for a carrier bag I offered my card she refused I struggled to walk in and out from car and she had the chicken in a tray with a single piece of paper wrapping it of course while trying to hold the 3 items all the juice of the chicken leaked all over my hands I’m ex disappointed in her meanness and lack of any customer service particularly as I said I’m struggling to walk but she had already dismissed me by then This person needs to learn some humility and start being kind to your customers it definitely would help them return but not with...

The codbox. The staff are polight. The place looks very clean following covid19 guidelines. I had a large cod, jumbo sausage in batter, large chips, buttered roll and curry sauce!

1: large cod nice, over cooked not seasoned, not a large cod in my opinion. Shame tbh! 2: jumbo sausage maybe been sitting around for to long in the displayed heated cabinet! Taste ok. 3: large chips. Massive portion enough for two people, taste good, 1 thing, to many scraps! 4: buttered roll, fresh and ok. More butter please. 5: curry sauce spicy, very nice.

Now this is the best chip shop in Swansea. I've never been a big chippy person but wow this place is the best. The fish is perfect with an amazing crispy batter and a soft succulent and flavourful fish on the inside. And the chips are perfect thay are so fluffy on the out site and a perfect golden brown on the outside. The portions of chips are huge enough to feed a family of 4. And the fish is huge and enough to feed 2 people. The service was brilliant, smiling, happy and funny. There is also parking on site so that's nice. You will not regret going here it is...
