How lucky am I to have such gorgeous friends who love vintage fashion?! Holly and Brenda spent the afternoon with me rummaging the new shop and having a try on 🥰 you can shop in person at Phoenix Emporium in Salisbury! #smallbusiness #vinatge #reworkedfashion

Great indoor market with lots of vintage, retro, arts and crafts, books, CDs and vinyl, collectibles, memorabilia and a cafe. There are lots of stalls from different traders, although generally they are unmanned, and you just choose what you want and take it to pay at the till by the door as you leave. There is a car park, although it's within walking distance of the main Salisbury shopping centre, if you haven't bought anything too heavy

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Phoenix Emporium! We've had a stall here for about a year and just recently doubled our pitch space. Staff are incredibly helpful but I do wish they wouldn't keep posting new things online that traders are stocking..... we're trying to MAKE money! Café is absolutely fantastic. Their toasted panini's and coffee are to die for. We always look forward to our monthly visits to restock. --Pilgrims Fair Trade

I don’t think I have ever felt the need to rate anything so negatively. I have shopped here quite often and between myself and my family have spent hundreds, if not thousands over the past few months, hoping to find more treasures over the next year for my renovation & to support local businesses. However, after my last visit I had left a couple of larger items (paid for) stored for a bit longer than they were happy with as I discovered today. I went in to collect today…… The reaction I got when I asked to collect almost made me cry! I felt like I had committed a crime, the venomous comments about how they had put my items (paid for) back on the shop floor for sale as they could not reach me ( I haven’t received any emails and had one voice mail message last week) Glared at, made to feel so guilty - the place is half empty, so they certainly weren’t tight for space. I’m mortified and will never go back again. I just couldn’t believe how I was treated today. Am still in complete shock. How is this helping salisbury? A good, paying customer left feeling extremely upset. I have a child with a disability, live alone so have been waiting for someone to give me a hand with a van, and have been fairly unwell. With no opportunity to try and explain, I took my things and left. Never to return :( awful...

It wasn’t a great visit. The venue advertises “more than 100 stall holders” and that’s definitely not true. It looked like it opened yesterday… Half of the warehouse was empty. A very few stalls were offering quality items. Payment took ages as there is no system in place and the two ladies were typing everything in the computer. I was quite excited when I heard that such a big emporium is opening in Salisbury as I love Bygone Times in Ecclestone but this was a huge disappointment. There is a lot of space for improvement here… I will not be returning...

Bit of a fiddle to find. Not much parking. But a treasure trove of "STUFF" hubby got himself a 00guage train. I got the Parker Knoll arm chair and we found buried in the undergrowth a pair of heavy duty squirrel brackets. All very reasonably priced. Nice clean loos, the coffee shop smelt yummy but we didn't go. My only niggle, the chairs are on the top floor with no lift. Perhaps who ever runs the furniture unit could consider a downstairs unit. Lovely ladies at the desk. Get your sat Navs...
