The cinema has kept all of its nostalgic charm whilst keeping current with a crisp screen and good sound quality, though did lack a little oomph in the sub-bass which does take a little away from the action scenes. I think it’s great that they’ve preserved the beautiful, inviting signage and the interior layout - who needs to start a movie night in another lifeless grey cookie-cutter lobby. It seems recently renovated, and is very well-kept and clean everywhere. The snack counter is well-stocked and the staff are all polite and attentive.
