Yesterday I attended a Breath Work and Stress Management workshop at The Transformation Rooms. I am somebody who, with a permanently racing mind, can NEVER totally switch off! The teacher took us through some valuable breathing techniques and exercises and before I knew it I was totally relaxed (almost out for the count) and completely oblivious to anything going on around me.
The techniques taught will now stay with me and I will endeavour to practice them on a daily basis knowing how good they are for both physical and mental wellbeing.

   Read moreThe Transformation Rooms is a great gym - very well located, really impressive equipment, and an extremely knowledgeable Head PT in Chris.
He is able to cater to all ages, body types and fitness levels and creates individual programs that are specific to each person’s abilities and goals. He is also a really good guy - very approachable, good fun and completely without judgement.
The one-on-one sessions are a great way of getting a focused workout with him, while the group sessions have a great energy and team effort. It’s a really nice, welcoming community.

   Read moreI started attending the transformation rooms to strenthen my leg and the workouts have done just that. I have also met many people there. The gym is about a community of people who would always encourage you to push yourself as further Although I started my diet before joining the transformation rooms. I have lost 8 lbs in 2 months and my shape is also improving. I also love the fact you are guided in the type of foods to choose if you eat out.
Dont just think about it come along and try and you will be surprised how much ypu will enjoy yourself.
