Was recommended here and it was honestly such a let down. The soup had spilled over the food in the bag and turned the chips to mush and the gravy sauce we ordered was missing. When I phoned to say about the missing sauce and the state the food arrived in the girl on the phones attitude was terrible. I explained everything and how one of the boxes was all bashed too, so soup had got in there and she basically said she would come and take it all back leaving the curry and rice. I said how I just wanted my missing item and the chips replaced. This then took another 30 minutes, by which time the rest of the food was cold. The gravy when it finally turned up was like water and inedible. The prawn toast was wafer thin and chicken satay skewers were too tough to eat. Ate from here at least once a week from we moved to the east end. We have just had the most disgusting curry ever tonight. I rang up and got it replaced. The replaced curry was nearly worse tasting of cleaning product are something which left a terrible taste in our mouths. I also got another meal which was mixed through the curry which couldn't be ate either. When I returned everything they would only refund 1 meal. The abuse from them aswell was terrible. I ordered this evening and they didn't mention a delay. After nearly two hours I called to see where my delivery was. It was clear it hadn't even left the shop. There wasn't even an apology, they just said that was normal for the weekend. I said not to bother as I had lost my appetite. After being a customer for many years and giving such shoddy service they had the cheek to say they wouldn't let me order again. After this I wouldn't want to.
