MacDonners Fast Food Parkhead — Restaurant in Scotland

Food is so, so, so inconsistent. Used to order here a lot with my partner but they kept getting the order wrong in the delivery (wrong meat in the kormas almost every week, different tasting curry every week also) Decided to give it a go tonight after a few months. Last time I'm afraid. I've given these guys too many chances because the curries used to be amazing. Ordered a saag, pilau rice and chicken pakora. The saag and pilau are both insanely spicy. I don't particularly like spicy food which is why I picked these dishes. I've never had a spicy saag or spicy pilau in my life! The saag is almost inedible it's so spicy and the pilau is more like a strange Mexican rice with peppers, onions and Coriander through it. The chicken pakora is also hot and very dry. This place used to be so good. It seems trivial but not everyone likes spicy food particularly if every part of the dish is hot (I mean even when we ordered kormas on justeat and selected mild with no Chillies it was still spicy!) but the food is not consistent at all. Worst in service. I Ordered pizza and after few mins I cancelled the order in JustEat and in JustEat it said cancelled. Again I placed another other and it said the order is on the way. At the time of arrival, it immediately changed to Delivered. I called the MacDonners and they said the order is cancelled. They have cancelled the first order but have marked the second order complete. They have charged for £14.50. But I have not received anything. When I chatted in JustEat app, they told me to check with MacDonner.. They ( Macdonners) were rude in replying "This order is cancelled and it is primetime. You deal with JustEat". I got the customer care no. from the person in JustEat chat and called them. They mentioned they can pay only £10.50. Later they agreed to pay the delivery and service charges. This is really frustrating. It is good that JustEat provided the refund after big struggle. But the guys in MacDonners are not so good and I think they doing it intentionally as there may be a loophole in the...
